Install Bajaj ride connect app to connect with your vehicle. Once downloaded, turn on the vehicle, connect to vehicle bluetooth and pair.Once connected, you can -
a. You can receive Call,SMS and Missed Call notification on the vehicle dashboard.
b. You can accept and reject the calls from the bike handle.
c. Use Turn-By-Turn navigation to reach destination.
d. You will be able to respond to incoming call by SMS when vehicle connected with a custom message.
e. Store all your trips and reminders in the application.
f. Access Owners manual and riding tips.
This application is only supports Bajaj bikes with smart connectivity.

Most of the things work fine, except one that is controlling the media(songs). I own an NS400Z, I thought I can only control volume up and down, unless one day it gave me whole access i.e it displays the song name, i can play/pause, next/previous track, but it worked only once and after that it never displayed, hope bajaj fixes either the app or the bluetooth in the bike.

Improve Navigation map. add features in it, like directly select location from the map instead of only searching option, it doesn't even work either. Add option to save favourite location. Also app crash happen frequently, it gets disconnected while riding, which is not good for sure, if paid that much money to purchase your bike with navigation than provide that good features too.

Even after the latest update on 21st August 2025, I am not even able to login to the app. TVS, Suzuki apps are so great giving directions, trip details, mileage, etc, but here even the basic things doesn't work. Not only that I am not even able to login.

if there's option for giving zero star I would have given it. it's not a month I've bought My bike and the app stopped working. it doesn't connect no matter how you try installing uninstalling it won't sign up or sign in always error message comes. Bajaj has no database for the users of this app nor a database for the bikes connected to the app so Major? Major debugging needed and Major upgrade needed for this app

In this app they are showing the bike 3rd service date is 18 sep 2025 but like service centre behaviour they talk 360 days not after any one day is not get the free service available. and also related to there app is not getting proper info about booking in my case this is available in app but not book the slot so sometimes it's not because of the product but service they provide is like not metter at points like above..

unable to log in to the app after changing my device. I also tried signing up again using my identity, but that attempt failed as well. I had already emailed about this issue about a month ago but haven’t received any response yet. Could you please look into this and help me resolve the login issue?

I changed from one mobile to another. now I'm trying to login and signup. please try again pop up is only coming. no customer support option available nothing at all. you development team comprise of noobs or what ? Better learn to provide good user experience and try to create options to address the issues as well. I would like to give 0 stars but playstore is not providing such.

Not login. Disconnected intermittently. Very disappointed with this service. The bike blue tooth is connecting with service centre guys only. The service centre is saying our mobile is connected. but my device is not connected. I have had a problem since the bike purchase. waste of money about 25 thousand. purchase its base model if you are interested in bajaj CNG. then fix a good quality mobile holder on it. and enjoy the blue tooth connectivity. still the issue is not resolved.
