We’ve been working to offer you an even more complete and convenient experience when moving around Milan.

Worst app for taxi. Worst customer support. We book a taxi at 20:00, at 20:45 still nothing come. There is no customer support in the app. So you have to call the taxi provider. Once you speak english, they hang up on you. You can't email to Urbi but you have to contact taxi provider directly. Hope we can find some way to get a refund.

EDIT: They have addressed and solved the problem of some missing train solutions, so I'm happy to give 5 stars for an app that now works very well. Good job. PREVIOUS: It seems great, but it doesn't display all train solutions in Italy (Trenitalia)... so I didn't manage to use it

The App I wanted to develop myself! 4 stars because in Bruxelles Cambio and Poppy are missing. In the next release an API to book directly (without opening the second app) would be THE killer feature to make this App a must have.

seem to work fine, but not for renting out my old car in Portugal! installed it without reading the description and got to a nice ux, even if apparently slow and not a proper webapp.
