Went through entire process of selecting items and then couldn't place order. Payment screen doesn't accept card. On top of that, numerous other annoyances...didn't prompt (or even have a place) for salad dressing choice, wouldn't allow edit of items once selected...just a really awful app. Gave up on app and called the store. Welcome to the 1980s.

Critical bug: Unable to place order. App payment screen is broken! Can't Apply Payment for the card on file (displayed); can't add a new card. Other interfaces work well. Would also be nice to have a place to request rolls and utensils, rather than an obscure link that says "Guests"! Very frustrating to enter order items, navigate to the parent screen, NOT place the order, and repeat the whole process in a web browser.

App doesn't work. Huge waste of time trying to navigate through the checkout menu. The app continuously pops up a "scuzi!" message with no explanation as to what the problem is. Very frustrating just to order a pizza. Please fix this.

Similar experience to others, looks nice and easy to fill cart, but saved credit cards not available for payment. Until repaired, web site is the only way to go. Looks like issue is at least a year old, app possibly abandoned?

Wouldn't let me set a password! Tried a 20-character, mixed-case, both with special characters and without. Just given a message to enter a valid password without giving any additional parameters.

The only thing this app is good for is to show prices of menu items. The app won't let me use my credit card and which I input. It also adds sales tax, which we don't have in Delaware.

Created my entire order but I couldn't enter my credit card. It's not possible to focus the text entry fields on that page. What a waste of time.

Grabbed the app to order a pizza, and Order to Go will not let me add a credit card and pay. I'd love to throw Bertucci's some business, but instead I'll be deleting the app.
