The EPA Athletes app is the latest release and 'must-have' online platform for all athletes of Elite Performance Academy.

As an EPA athlete your full coaching programme is delivered right to your phone via our app. You can experience everything from your online dashboard on your phone, just as you would on your computer.

Your daily schedule will be live and always up to date and every tailored session will be delivered through the app with all exercise descriptions and demo videos easy to read and follow along to. Provide your coach with a video of your exercise technique at a touch of a button and allow them to provide expert analysis for you through the feedback portals.

In addition to the delivery of the exercise programmes, you are able to access your 'MyFitnessPal' data, once synced and even upload photo diaries of your meal consumption, again with a simple touch of a button. This all allows for seamless analysis and feedback from your coach.
