although I ordered through the app to pick up at a later time (placed order at 3:45pm for pick up at 5:15pm, they were late to make it and had to wait about another 25 minutes or so. very disappointing. plus they ran out of certain foods I would have ordered. Food was good, however won't try to pre order anymore.

We stopped for an early dinner, at the Beachwood OH location and the people there were so nice and welcoming. Our meal was delicious as always. It's our favorite when we're in the area.

Horrific App! First off - I love the food. I wish they would allow investors to purchase into the franchise, but that's not the subject of this review. The app has so many glitches it is absolutely nuts. I had not successfully made a purchase on the app because it is so glitchy, though I had attempted numerous times. Work on eliminating the bugs and I'll use it all the time!!

Items are constantly missing off the app. I go to the store. They have them. I like to be able to order off the app because I'm a doordasher and I can just order my food go inside. Pick it up and keep going, but when Toppings are always missing off the app but are available inside the store. It makes me just want to choose somewhere else.

Reordering a past order is a chore if it works at all. Hitting the back button to go back a page instead closes the whole app. Trying to view or modify your favorites takes you to a page it is impossible to return from while also not allowing you to view your favorites. Why encourage everyone to download this app via signage and receipt prompts if you're not going to make it bare minimum functional?

I can't place a delivery order even though the app finds my single address. It keeps telling me there's more than one address found and I need to be more specific. How much more specific can I be when the app gives me one choice??!! The pickup option is okay but if it only partly works, it doesn't work. To be clear, the same bug exists on the website.
