I ordered through the app and it was a good experience but I was surprised when I opened the order at home , they charged extra for sauce and cheese but were not added in the burgers .

No one picked up my calls. Order was not prepared, yet app kept showing "preparing" for one hour. One hour wasted.

After placing the order it vanished from the app, unable to track as it is nowhere to be shown. Also no loyalty points given on order completion.

The food is certainly unique and original and the app's performance is ok but could be better in a lot of aspects. Plus the Credit/Debit option doesn't work all the time and the otp never arrives which led to the time being expired. The major issue I had with the PWD branch in Rawalpindi as they are the ones fulfilling the orders through the app is that there is always something being neglected, ignored, or forgotten either it would be fries, sauce, or an entire meal.

So far my experience with ordering food is great, the delivery is on time (mostly), payment structure is user friendly. At the same time, it's bad. I have to enter my Card details everytime I order. There's no active order status window. The app can use a update to be more user friendly.

Okay so. I Downloaded this app and it gets stuck on location thing because of this issue I installed it thrice but still same issue... Fix it please. ""Editing my review"" because it's the most useless app you can have. I ordered my food thru card. Money was deducted from my card but my order was cancelled and they haven't send my money back in my card after weeks too....so it really sucks don't do online transactions.its total waste of money. 1 star
