Couldn't scan documents. Once i found a document that can be scanned, i registered and wanted to open a box. App switched to a different language in the middle of the process. Opened the box, one item was missing. Support doesn't exists. Faq is useless.

Very poor experience. Operation of the app is clunky and has far too many steps. When finished with the equipment there are more steps which further diminishes the intended experience. I forgot to perform this 'post-usage ritual' (ie take a picture of the equipment after you are finished) and received an unpleasant email. The equipment is of a very low standard - cracked frisbees, cracked ping-pong balls etc. This is just another Parks & Rec gimmick like the unused outdoor gym equipment. Pass!!!

Brilliant idea but unfortunately as others have said, the app crashes when trying to scan the ID card so it doesn't work. I've granted all permissions but still same problem. NB: After trying with my Android phone for quite some time, to no avail, I tried my wife's iPhone and that worked perfectly. So it seems that the Android version of the app needs some work...

I love the idea but it just doesn't work. You do everything how it's said in the app but due to major bugs the box isn't opening. Also it says you have to log in when you're actually logged in and on attempt to log in again there's now type field for the password. Please invest in some good techies to fix the app because it's actually such a win win win idea.

Useless waste of time. App doesn't work. I just wasted 20 minutes signing up because my child wanted to play with something. Sign up is complicated. App crashes when you try to scan ID. Signed up eventually but couldn't open a locker because it said I was too far away, even though I was right next to it.

Doesn't even work. Keeps telling us to reset the locker and it doesn't matter how many times we press the button or hold the button. Also logs you out each update.

Does not work. Stood there for 10 minutes trying to open the box. Would not open and the reset button did nothing. Customer service wasn't open. Waste of time, buy you're own equipment. Very disappointing
