Lately the app stoped to informe by sound for its status. Thinking it's my phone's problem, I have the app uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the device, changed the device with an alternative, at first, and a new one after. No matter what, the problem is there. Thus, I think that the problem is with the app. Would you be so kind to deal with it? Sunday 10/11/2024. A month has already passed and I have no respond. Will you be so kind to give me an answer; Tuesday 24 Dec 2024: Still no answer.

Worked before now won't even open. Orange spinner of death. Fix this. Edit Dec 26 2024. Almost 3 months with no app update. Actively looking for alternative app that is supported by my alarm system. This is brutal

Was working fine. Latest update screwed it up. Notification sound gone, don't even get arm notifications anymore, status bar blocking back button. Roll it back or get it fixed.

this app displays behind the status bar. There is no way to edit configuration now (pixel 7) short of doing split screen, and putting below another app

App not working all of a sudden???... kept getting error "Could not communicate with the server. Please try again." when trying to login to our account access. Please, fix the problem asap... we tried recycling our internet router service & our cell phones and still the same problem persists (January 8th, 2025)... Thanks! 🤔
