I have been able to access my Allosure results just fine. Until last week that is, as now every time I click on test results - the app crashes. I already uninstalled and reinstalled, the problem persist. My suggestion is to fix the app, or even better allow us patients to access our results on a web-based interface. Thank you.

The app crashes on install much of the time. It also is unstable when you use it. I get notifications when my lab results are ready, but they are never in the app. Worthless. I will delete it and just look at my doctor's portal that gets the results one day later. Lot of money for a lab test to not have a way to get the results.

Just tried to install this app but from what I can tell, the only way to input DOB is to press backwards on the month until I get to my birth month. No way to manually input it. I am pushing 60, so I am not pressing backwards 700+ times.

App is completely broken, won't let me make an account. I can't get past the phone verification, it gives me a blank error code.

Bad update for Android users. Doesn't fit size of screen that overlaps with medications and other logins. Got used to the setup but now my results doesn't show up again. Just now to login my medications an error occurred not letting me in the app and just closes.

This app does not function well. I came to claim my free gift but when I scanned the qr code, it tried to open the app but then the app failed. It said the app was unresponsive. The app let me sign up and sign in fine, though. Overall, poopy quality but I appreciate the effort.

Android user. It keeps crashing stating there's a bug and to update. There is no update available.

The app is ok, but for some reason it gives me "daily interesting facts" notifications even though I have them turned off in the settings.
