ChargeSmart EV is the home of the most innovative, robust and feature-rich cloud-based software platform for managing electric vehicle charging stations, their interaction with utilities and the driver experience.

The ChargeSmart App uses location-based services to allow drivers to easily find, access, and securely pay for EV charging. Drivers can search for and locate elec-tric vehicle charging stations based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.

Start charge sessions simply by scanning QR codes or entering the desired station ID in the app.

With the ChargeSmart electric vehicle charging app, you can also:

• Monitor your current charge sessions in real-time
• Get phone notifications as soon as your EV is finished charging
• Make secure payments
• Favorite locations that have easy access to your commonly used EV charging stations
• Receive an email receipt of your EV charging transactions

I purposely avoid SmartChargeEV charging stations whenever possible. Every single time it's a hassle to activate. I just spent 25 minutes trying to get three different chargers to activate and ended up leaving with less battery than I arrived with.

I have done the confirmation over and over after waiting for a week for the first one and have entered my email and yet still cannot simply create an account and use their services. cannot find any help for simply creating an account.

confusing UI on both the equipment and the app. Charging equipment: hey let's put two QR codes on the machine so the user will have to guess which one to scan.
