Once something goes wrong, you have no hope of fixing it. The support will tell you to turn off mains and inverter and everything else. If that doesn't work, you will just be repeatedly asked to do it over and over. It won't fix it and renders app useless. Ours still isn't fixed and we have now have asked to cancel the app and associate program and had no reply funnily enough.

The Clipsal cortex app is way better than the standard inverter apps you get with a standard solar install. You can see which circuits in your house are using energy and change habits to save money. I've put underfloor insulation in my house and stopped using one of my older air conditioners after being able to see where the power is going. I highly recommend the app if you want to be more energy independent.

Great app. Shows all my usage, can manipulate my hotwater seamlessly, turn it off, on, set times remotely or let it work in auto mode. The upload of my account was easy. They compared other providers for me and I now feel confident I have the right plan. I had a problem with my switchboard and Mitch from Clipsal Cortex came out to help with trouble shooting. Great service. Highly recommend 👍

App could do with much more features, for the price to the unit and what it was sold to customers as it is quite disappointing. The NEWS feed, Is only updated when the app is updated, this should be a live feed from their source. The app change to a white background to now black, and there is no option to change back. You can change the value of your system but not the system detail, should allow you to change or edit your system so you can add new or existing solar systems. Plenty more issues.

Clipsal Cortex has helped me to take control of our energy bills. My electricity bills were soaring but this app has me saving heaps. Knowing exactly what you're using in realtime helped awareness of how to get the most out of my home's solar system. Whilst the billing comparison feature ensures you're getting the best deals available whilst saving you time having to troll countless websites. With excellent customer support, I can't recommend this app highly enough.

App is ok, but there are some of bugs. My site data had been entered twice. I can't edit any information about "my" system even to correct information that had been added incorrectly.

Finally I am able to understand my energy usage and costs with the pulse app. The retail plan check showed that I was on one of the worse plans, saving me over $100 on my next bill. The usage and live page allowed me to see what appliances were using the most power so I could to optimise how I used them.
