when trying to report issues and the app wants you to plot its location on a map, the map doesn't load so I can't plot the location. it won't let you report anything without plotting the location though.

Its an ok app, works for me. However; went to the local tip to get rid of some rubble, took the correct amount of money only to be told that prices had gone up. Was shown a price list in the office. This was in early 2019. I emailed EDDC but they were not interested. The information is still wrong after the March 2020 update. App price for a small bag of rubble is £2.20, EDDC web site says its £2.40 per small bag. Other chargeable items are also wrong. Update July 2021, prices still wrong.

Waste of time. Have deleted it. It doesn't tell me when non recycling is collected which is the important one. I know that recycling is collected every week. It is about as good as the website. I gave this another go but it still doesn't tell me, even though I get notifications. Better off visiting the website. Have deleted this app.

Good for recycling and reporting some matters. But really BAD as one of the top issues people want to easily report and show the exact location for is POTHOLES AND DAMAGED ROAD SURFACE. This is not includes, I wonder why? Maybe makes it too easy for people to report the awful road quality and put the responsibility to the council to sort out? Currently reporting potholes is so well hidden on the website and takes so long to do most people give up. This app would have been so useful if included.

Not even worth downloading, doesn't find your postcode been like it for 6months, still not been sorted cant check what days my bin goes out, especially on days of bank holidays. I wouldnt even give it a star but had to be able to post it

Having recently moved to East Devon, all I can say is this app far exceeds my expectations. Easily the best council app, reminders for bin collections, raising requests directly in the app, super!

Got onto the bidding lists and a total waste of time if you don.t have a so called local connection..alot of the time i was over 100 down the list not a hope in hell of getting anywhere..

Has improved a lot, but has also arbitrarily changed my address to my old address meaning I missed green waste notifications. Bit of a stupid thing for the app to do, once ive chahed address thats a bit of state that the app should have discarded completely
