En esta nueva actualización hemos implementado un nuevo método de pago. A partir de ahora podrás realizar tus pagos mediante Bizum. Además hemos ajustado el sistema de reservas para optimizarlo y facilitarte de ese modo la realización de tu reserva. También se ha ajustado la visualización del código QR ajustando el tamaño de la tarjeta. The app simply doesn't work well. Not only is it slow, which would be bearable to an extent, but the promotions and sales do not work. Most of the time you can't complete the order you started because some dishes can't be added to it, you can't complete payment or add the coupon you wanted to validate. The restaurants included may have good quality food, but you're better off looking for the occasional promotions they offer themselves rather than using the app.

This app has gone downhill . Placing a to go order never works and lots of my promotions don't either. My VIP points have virtually just disappeared. What a shame as I go to Starbucks almost daily .. but they'll send a survey after each visit and no compensation?? If I can't accumulate points and can't make use of promotions, then it's a waste of space and completely useless. There is no option to give ZERO stars

First, I don't understand how you promote an App in Portuguese and then it's all in Spanish. I don't have to speak Spanish... You should translate it for the country you are publicizing (motherthong or english) at least. Second, if we are making an effort to tell you our opinion and complain about the app being in Spanish... Why do you insist in replaying in Spanish?? Thirdly, the app presents itself with several problems, like, it's slow, the coupons are not working, I couldn't get my free drink, and there's more... I really didn't like the experience!

Sometimes it doesn't work fine, App stops working when wifi Club Vips network of two different shops are close once for other, for example Ginos Restaurant and Starbucks start to be in conflict and app stop working. But in general it is a useful application

The most dreadful loyalty app that has ever existed. No way to check points, paying is a hindrance, no history of transactions, basically you pay with the code and see nothing. No rewards, nothing. Boring, bland, data harvesting with no advantage for us, the CUSTOMERS.

Download this ugly app only to connect to Starbucks WiFi, but registration wants too many things like passport no. etc. Registration through twitter doesn't work at all. Also app is not in English. Lost 7mins of my time and deleted it.

I dont get why Starbucks in PORTUGAL would ask us to register in an app that is completely spanish with no translations. It's ridiculous. Are you too lazy to translate your app? Especially when you have promotions in other countries that do NOT speak spanish? You deserve all the 1 star reviews. And if you think Id give away my NIF to an app that doesnt even bother to give me a translation, you're very wrong. You ask for too much info. Get a grip.

It should have more languages and it's super confusing. Also, it takes forever to load the promotions. The registration asks for way too much personal info.
