Coinamatic CP Mobile is an Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Coinamatic CP Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It seems to be made by an inept team who probably have never used this app themselves. The notifications don't work. The app tries to charge you again using dark patterns. For e.g they use the same conformation dialog to ask for starting and adding more time to the dryer. So someone might spend more accidentally. Most pages are web ui embedded into the app. I can't even add funds now since it said "sales count per IP address greater than configured."

Works great with the app I can always see my balance. Using the card was hard because I always had to go down 4 floors to use the coinmatic machine to check my balance and use my bank card to add money. Now it works in minutes and the app tells me how many minutes left on the washers and dryers I use. We can also report a repair on any machine. Thnx Coinmatic.

Works well. One thing I find scummy is that they ask if you want to add extra time to the dry cycle using a popup of the same interface as starting the machine, with "ok" as the confirmation. If you're not alert, you might pay double for extra time you didn't want, thinking you're just setting the cycle or something. It almost gets me every time. I also just got double-charged when I tried to top up my account. Be sure to fully exit the payment function so it doesn't double on you.

Mechanically it does what it says I guess. Not a fan of having to pay 10 dollars minimum every time I need to refill account rather than being able to put in just what I need. Feels scummy. Also unlike with cards, I don't see an option on the app to just add 5 minute extension to wash time so if I need a bit of extra time I am required to pay for an entire new load. If there is a way it is not obvious nor explained anywhere. Other than that, sure, does what is says.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!This app is garbage, and nothing gets done about it. "No internet connection" comes up at sign in, when I've got it going in another frame - that's YOUR end messing up. Also, I got 18 minutes for my dryer at the regular charged price, instead of 60, and never got a reply from Customer Service after notifying them 2 weeks ago (still waiting to be reimbursed). I'm just gonna take my services elsewhere, where they give a damn.

I've been trying to access it for well over 30 minutes and I can't even sign in. Half of the time it doesn't connect to the machines, if it does it takes forever to connect, I've asked multiple times to refill the card machine because I HATE this app, but they won't even do that. I hate this app, I hate how slow it is, and I hate how no matter how many times I ask for help, it's completely ignored. Update, still isn't working, I regret throwing out my card.

I tried the app a while ago and hated in., but they are charging a service fee if I want to load my card. THEY ARE CHARGING ME TO PAY THEM. So now I'm using the app. I've done one load 1. The time on the app didn't match the time left on the machine 2. I wasn't notified when my laundry was done, good thing I set a timer 3. Opening and app and entering the machine number is far less convenient than just tapping a card and going Tldr less convenient, features don't work. Bugs. Errors.

Unnecessary, but works. I don't see why I have to use an app to wash my clothes instead of just using cash, but I'm not sure if you or the place hosting the machines decides that. That said, the app itself occasionally refuses to work in a variety of annoying ways, like refusing to connect to certain machines or preventing logins with a "no Internet Connection" message when I cleary have a connection. Two stars — it does what it's supposed to, when it feels like it.
