Options are so limited and they are taking hefty amount of money for premium services that cannot be used properly. Reason is others don't use premium. So if I am sending a message I can't get a reply brcause the other person can't even reply to a text without premium. The app is more often useless than useful. At least fix your bugs with the money you are taking. Useless service.

They are running a scam. Being charge two times even after stopping the paid services. I cant find the in app step to deactivate the subscription. I have tried calling them. I have sent them emails. Even i have the old ticket numbers. Still charged again and again two times. When we call them. They say sorry and somebody will contact you. And then ofcourse nothing happen. Pls suggest where to complaint and get my money back. Thanks

Caution: Before creating a profile, be aware that some profiles here are fake. Ironically, we're expected to verify and cross-check, while they enjoy the luxury. It's a complete waste of time and money. Additionally, be prepared for harassing calls pushing subscription. The platform's bug remains unfixed. I also doubt the photos of person does really exists or not.

Very bad interface. Not updated well. Very bad experience. App shows a different price for Prime membership and if we are about the avail that, the price changes. Even if I change the preference and who can see my profile multiple times, I still see people out of my preference viewing my profile. Why is app taking so much money from us to give such disgusting experience?

Worst app ever, they don't show any promising matches and no option for editing partener preferences and on completion of the plan the continuously call to extend the plan and renewal of plan assuring to give promising matches and option of editing, but even after paying them there is no change. The customer care service is also very bad, they don't even pick call once u pay them. Just a waste of time on this app.

Such a frustrating app this is. Takes lot of time to load. I have best network with full but still faces this issue with this app. Also want to mention that this app is not at all user friendly. Not able to undo sent request or dlt wrongly send messages. Everytime we press back button it brings back to home screen n then again it takes lot of time to load. Such a hopeless service is this. Even in the market you ppl are charging higher charges for membership than other competitors.

Worst app guys, the UI is very bad and the filters doesn't work properly... Though your internet speed is super fast the app is so slow. There are many profiles without photos and non verified details. This forum is used for life partner matching and this process is really time consuming. When this is the case you need to have a strict terms where all details needs to be updated and photos are updated. People's say it's privacy but you need to understand this is time consuming process!!

It's a fraud business not a service. Don't waste your hard earned money and precious time on it's subscription plans. I opted for prime platinum subscription which is topmost amongst the plans. They say we can view the photos of members directly. But we again need to request for photos to the members, on enquiring they say members can restrict the access to their photos and phone numbers as well for which they are charging a lot. On raising a ticket, they do not attend to it, reply as resolved.
