Great product, but the tone is annoying. I want to use it, but it is an awful sound. Put tone options or add an adjustable frequency. I use the bi-tapp without the tone. It's a very simple product with room for improvement. It works as it should, but could reach a wider audience with tone options.

I have tried repeatedly to connect the tappers to the app on my phone, but nothing works. My daughter and I have the exact same phone and the app works on hers, but not on mine. The tappers didn't come with trouble shooting for the app, so I don't know what else to try. Very disappointing

Way too long of a pause between pulses. If you turn up the speed it shortens the pause but the pace is too fast. The app should have more customization options... the buzzers could do a lot but the app interface is lazy for a $200 product!

Very easy to use especially if your head isn't in the right place to function right. Everything is ready to go as soon as you open the app. That way all you need to do is press the green and go! Absolutely love love love

The tap drum noise in the app is always on, no matter how I set the settings! It plays over my music/phone calls when they're on

Tappers simply won't connect - have tried all possible methods multiple times. Absolute waste of time and money.

Centers me, not sure I can sleep without it, at least for falling asleep. When my brain is spinning it is calming, I can focus. I used both bi tapp with EMDR in recovering from childhood trauma (with highly trained therapist).
