Update: Everytime I pull up the app, there are ads that block the whole screen. There are also added convenience fees for literally no reason. It works most of the time, but it frequently boots with an ad that literally never closes. Had to restart the app 6 times today to get an ad I could close. I already pay for the functions of the app. Why do I have to sit through ads?

2 times I tried to add minutes to a dryer that I had just successfully started with this app, but the minutes were not added. But the app did put the money that it took for the additional minutes back into the wallet . In order to get extra time on that machine I did have to do so the old fashion way: . manually, with quarters. no biggy. 5 stars.

The function to add more time to a dryer cycle doesn't work. It just takes your money and the time stays the same. The emails they send saying you're getting a "gift" that turns out to be links to a third party gimmick are annoying. Beats having to make change for quarters and do it the old fashioned way, though, if you unfortunately don't have access to your own washer and dryer.

1. If your building switches from cards to the app, they will not credit you for the cards with balances, and you cannot import them, even though this SAME company still has your money. 2. The app requests waaay too many permissions for what it does. 3. They will spam you with advertisements, even though this is, I will emphasize, a *paid* service. But hey, at least it has the functionality of a laggy timer, which is technically better than if it only had all those downsides with no upsides.

The app is good. The ability to add money and tap to pay is very convenient. But the price increase from $2.00 to $2.75 a load is ludicrous. A 37.5% price increase for a change in nothing is not worth the small load the machine handles. I will be going to the laundrymat from now on to save time and money on fewer, larger loads.

I'm forced to use this app to wash clothes where I live. It wouldnt be bad, but this app CONSTANTLY sends notifications with ads about buy this product or refer a friend! It's extremely annoying and there is NO option to stop these types of notifications. It's block all or none. Which really sucks because you have to have notifications to tell you when your clothes are done. Oh well, I'll go without all notifications. This company is extremely anti-consumer with all these pointless notifications

one of the worst apps I've ever been forced to use (by my apartment complex) the major issue is that the minimum you can load is an amount that means you have to keep refilling it. second, the request service function doesn't work. the machines are never fixed, it's on auto reply. finally, instead of giving you money back they just push subscription services. you know, the deals you can get if you watch 1 YouTube video

Constant barrage of ads for something I wouldn't use except it's the only way to do laundry. Price increases with no appreciable difference in quality, and the new update added transaction fees. This is a prime example of enshittification. They took a medicore but usable app and now are trying to squeeze blood (ad revenue) from a stone.
