Not syncing, again. It didn't sync at all yesterday 9/20/24 & isn't syncing today. Fix the syncing issues! As much as I like the Cubii machine, I hate the app. I forget when it started but I keep having to go back to them to say that although it keeps track on the main page, as soon as I go to the Progress by Week tab, it's not tracking. The last time the response was "We know. We're working on it." But then it happens again. I don't know what they keep doing to break their own app so often.

I am Very Frustrated! September 20, 2024 the app stopped tracking my progress on the second page. I use Cubii every day and it now says I didn't use it for 3 days! It has always cheated me out of a few up to 100 reps a day, they never fixed that. I am really upset now that it won't keep my progress at all! I do screen shot every day so I know what I have done, this is not ok. I like to keep the running progress over time, 1.5 years. I sent 3 emails and no response. Day 4 no record of progress

The app disconnects if you pause for a bit. It is problematic when using it while working. You have to think about it and take the time to pull up the app and reconnect it. The app doesn't add the workout that you did while it was disconnected, which defeats the purpose of the app keeping track of your workouts. So, if you have the time to constantly look at the app, to make sure it's connected, stop what you are doing and reconnect it before starting, I guess it would be okay.

Unfortunately, the app does not seem to do the one thing that I suspect most users would like it to do, which is to stay connected to the Cubii and track strides/steps. 50% of the time when it does connect (via Bluetooth to my android phone), it will lose its connection within 1 minute even though the cubii Bluetooth light indicates it is connected and fully charged. Nothing gets tracked unless you close and restart/reconnect the app. It is not worth using the app if this happens half the time.

App is ok. Unfortunately it is not developed enough to connect directly to Samsung Health. You would think in 2024, apps designed for health or fitness would incorporate one of the largest brands in the smartphone industry. Consistently drops connection, to app, thus you lose any tracking of your time using it. Overall I would not buy the model because of app, it's just not good. Buy the lower end model that's analog.

It's a decent app, but is necessary for the bluetooth pro version of the Cubii. I like that it connects with my Fitbit - I get a lot more steps per day now. My prime dislike about the app is that I have to keep it running in order to make sure my use of the Cubii records for the correct day. Otherwise, everything just stacks up and loads on the day you connect it. [I had been using it one week without the app running - when I turned the app on, it showed a ton of steps for that day and zero for the days prior.]

Doesn't work with Android. Unless you have an iPhone, you probably shouldn't bother. Like many others here, this won't sync with my Cubii, whether I reset my bluetooth cache or not. Unisntall, reinstall the app, then they want you to hard reset the machine by yanking out the battery and putting it back in. A little more effort from them and a lot less from me would be nice. Buy the cheap model or not at all.

Like other reviews, the Cubii is great but the app and synching your activity is what let's things down. If I open the app and leave it running in the background it doesn't sync properly and often loses about half my activity. Opening the app at the end of the day is more reliable but even then it sometimes crashes just as you get the sync message and then you lose every bit of activity for the day. I've contacted Cubii for support but they refused to help me! Terrible app, terrible support.
