Hi, I am Demery Windom and welcome to the Windom Fitness app. Fitness has been a passion of mine ever since I was a child and I thank my mother for that. I remember watching her exercise to her favorite Jane Fonda VHS tape and I would join in with her as she did her routine; so thanks mom!

Currently, I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology / Exercise Science option from California State University Northridge and I am in the process of pursuing my Masters in Exercise Physiology. In addition, I am 5th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo and Shotokan Karate with 20 years experience as a martial arts practitioner.

However, I am well versed in different areas of training such as: Corrective Exercise, Injury Prevention, Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Performance and Weight Loss.
