The rewards feature is actually a calculation of the money saved. For example, if you’ve spent $100 on gambling weekly, and you haven’t gambled for a week, then those $100 is your weekly reward. An absolutely great app, but - I bought premium mainly because it was stated that you can choose "unlimited rewards" what lead me to believe that I can choose rewards for reaching one week for example. But it seems it's only possible for addictions you have to spend money for. My fault, but still disappointing. I would be happy if that would be a future option + individual achievements (names + time).

Not really all that good, there's nothing to get you coming to the app each day other than a generic daily motivational quote which rings hollow. Resetting the timer shows you an ad so I guess the motivation is not to do whatever you're quitting so as not to see an ad? There's very little in the way of celebrations, just for each "milestone" so if you're feeling as though you might relapse, the app doesn't offer any incentive not to other than "don't break the streak"

Pretty good app. One time payment for lifetime access is great. My only complaint is that I cannot reset the timer on the same day I quit. This makes using the app feel depressing when you wake up with the motivation to quit something you do many times per day. Started quiting smoking and part way through the day I am weak and smoke. I click add an entry and get the "You cannot add new entries on same day you quit. Do you want to simply reset the timer." error message. Super demotivating

Honestly a great app, and the one time purchase is amazing in a sea of apps that charge monthly. I do wish there was a way to add unlimited rewards under a timer that could allow for redeeming multiple times, without having to recreate a given reward. It can be a bit painful having to add small rewards repeatedly (like a reward involving a snack, for example).

Simple, easy to use, and does what is advertised! Though I really do wish there were more color themes or just other themes in general, maybe even an option to put a picture of your own as the background or something, because I think it could be really sweet. Say, you could put a picture of your loved ones, or maybe even yourself, and it would be a sort of "Do it for them" type of thing. I think THAT would absolutely be really sweet.

It's an amazing and well-designed app! I wish there were more features like some quizzes each week asking you how important it is for you to quitting something, what you're feeling, how is being your other activities etc. and, in the end of the abstinence, the quizzes that you answered should be saved in the app, so then you can see all of your progress.

A simple to use app that does exactly what I need it to. Starting a timer was a massive help in overcoming my addiction. The free version only allows you to track two things, which was plenty for the first 5 weeks, and the only ads were if you went into the details of your timers. When I decided I wanted to track my smaller victories too, I was surprised it was a one time cheap purchase instead of a subscription like most apps. Highly recommended.

I haven't used this app very long, but the value was immediately apparent. Gratification is such an important tool. Gratifications usefulness stems from it's powerful ability to modivate. No wonder we live in a world centered on instant gratification, It works. negative goals are challenging In part because it easier to feel accomplished/gratified doing something rather than not. For me makes it feel like I am doing something, I'm racking up time. I feel gratified seeing the time I accumulated.
