The web server is very slow, when my service expired after the first year, there was no notification from the provider, despite providing email details when registering. Message was sent asking how to extend service, this was not answered. Alarm proximity sensor currently not sending texts despite rebooting the tracker.

Need a forgot password option. Need a more accurate point location Website option to check on vehicles needed. Faster customer response. It does what it says but it consumed the SIM's GPS data in less than 4 hours because no one can explain hot to properly do the settings for a periodical tracking.

Great app, Brilliant Developer, this tracker app is great 100% accurate positioning and 100% reliable. The Developer is just as good, I was having big problems entering more than one vehicle tracker into the app, I contacted the Developer and he added the two trackers into my account, now all working brilliantly, he has also said that if I need to add more, he will do that for me too. cannot add more than one user..i need to logout and re-enter another imei to track other cars! imagine i hv more than 10 cars right now,i have to remember or make a gps imei list! if not,i cannot monitor all my car at the same time!! please add more function to the apps! plus, the gps signal is not accurate! differences by 10-20M to the real location of the car!

This application is quite good. But it is supposed to have in App purchases that it is not listed. After one year the Application stops receiving data. There is nothing wrong with the device it just shows off line. So it is a bit misleading!!

The app is limited and so is the Web page. It's months now to reply after I send an email. I got 10 devices and I can't seem to get them all on one account. I noticed even the comments no 1 replied to anyone's questions.

The app is good but mine is working somehow this days. It's not showing how the route the truck is going always as the initial time. Please, help me me out.

How on earth do you get these things online? The manual is a bit rubbish if you dont understand the translation and what settings are supposed to go where. Voda PAYG sim. Has gprs enabled. I did have steady blue light but now flashing since reboot. Green steady flash
