Not like a real GPS device. You can record a track (trail) but you cannot navigate a track? Have used it only for hiking so no idea how it works for driving. The waypoints functionality is good, and it's nice to see waypoints and tracks on satellite images. But the basic hiking functionality of following a recorded track seems to be missing.

Its very useful when you have no idea where you are, i got kind of lost the other day and this app helped me a lot, also now i can take shortcuts between trails, as i can see where to go. One problem i have is that when i zoom in, there are a lot of black boxes on the map, i have to play with the zoom to see properly, other than that, it tracks me very well

In my opinion, it's the best GPS app out there by far. It's perfect for I use it for. I do a lot of 4x4 and hiking in the back country of Colorado. Nice how you can "waypoint" and record your trails. It seems to me that it would be almost impossible not to find your way out with app. Ease of use is another great commodity of this GPS app. Never hit the back country without it. Fantastic job on its creation and updates guys!! You have a winner here!!

I had high hopes for this GPS app. But it failed to deliver. I did a kown 3 mile hike. It was off by 3/4 miles. It showed 2.25 miles. Total time was 45 minutes. App showed 20 minutes. Used it again along side a handheld Garmin GPS. Again, the apps measured distance was about .25 mile per one mile traved. The timer was very inaccurate. The map was accurate, so no worries there if you want to use it as a map guide. But if you want to track time and distance, this app is very inaccurate.

I tried the free version First and was disappointed I thought that if I paid for the other version GPS waypoints navigator that it would be better. It isn't. It's still just draws a straight line from one position to the next it does not show the exact Trail at tooth taken. Furthermore in comparison to other products the maps are not as good.

Complete confusion. When I upgraded the upgrade app had a different name so I kept going back to the original app with ads. Nowhere was I advised of the new app name. Free version did ask if I wanted to transfer my trails to this new app with another name. Finally figured out this was the upgrade and not someone trying to hijack my computer. I admit, I mostly use IOS on iPads and never see this type of upgrade. All said, free version was buggy and locked up on each page. Paid version seems ok.

I am in the woods all the time scouting and hunting. My last garmin GPS crapped out on me. I found this app and upgraded and loved it. I found it more useful and convenient than my previous garmin gps. It is very accurate. I love the may maps I can pick from. It has never failed me. Trust me unlock the full potential of the app and you will be very happy. Most of the bad reviews I see here are from folks that do not unlock the app or have no idea how to use it.

A bit clunky, but has a wealth of features. It’s okay for free, but you can only save 3 routes at a time. Possibly if purchased it unlocks more features. Doesn’t seem to keep a time on your routes which I would have liked and only has elevation and plotting. The good is there are lots of map vectors which is very cool. But, I’m still looking
