This app is so terrible which is wild for such a large company. The search function just closes the app, so you can't specifically look for a show, if you have the ad version, rewinding means you get to watch the ads again, and it will often glitch out so you can't move to the next episode of something without leaving to see the full list of episodes and selecting the new one. There is no reason for an app by *Disney* - one of the largest companies in the entire world - to have an app this sucky

The one star is due to low functionality. I have an OCD and the fact that I can't clean my "Continue Watching" list is driving me crazy. How hard could it be to add a "Clean Up" button. If Netflix can do it, I am sure you can do it too. Seriously, I had to stop watching Disney+, as every time I see the list, it drives me crazy. And I tried removing items by watching them to the end several times, contacting customer service, etc. No luck and no solution.

Alright, we get it, ads are necessary for the company to sustain the app, I guess? But regardless we are paying for a streaming service with the objective, from the very start, to avoid ads and be able to watch movies and shows without interruptions. So, at the very least, show the ads at the start and not four of them in between. Interruptions are terrible and ruin the experience.

This app is not working properly! I can open the app but it refuses to connect. I can't watch anything. I'm paying for this subscription. I expect to be able to use the app! No viewing, no subscription! Yes the app is up to date. Yes I checked the connection. I can hear the trailer for planet of the apes but it sits at the Disney logo and does nothing but swirl. Really?!?!
Two Genders
Randomly dims the screen during shows. It'll dim, then brighten, then dim again. This is in a room with no change in light and adaptive brightness off. It's not the phone, no other streaming apps do that. Galaxy S24 Ultra. Believe the app is assuming the screen is too bright in certain scenes and dims it itself. No option in app to adjust. And why does it shut itself off if it thinks no one's watching? Stupid. Episodes all out of order for Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. App is garbage.

Edit: I see you put it back, good. I'm leaving the orig. txt visible with a less lowered grade as that should have been prevented from happening. Orig: I’ve a feature request. Add a list of things to “continue watching”. Like next episodes of a series one has watched, or a flick that’s half way. In 2024, or 2025, such would certainly stand apart of any competition. In fact, it seems that it already does - how can anyone have such total lack of quality control.

Getting fleeced! I want to change my subscription to a lower price but Disney says to do it through Google play but there is no option to be able to change it only to cancel it! I can't really afford this price but I also don't want to lose it ..it's a ridiculous state of affairs So if anyone can help me as regards to changing the subscription I would be grateful

Stopped Working!!! I had to update the app a few weeks ago which I did and it popped up saying it couldn't update. I tried again and it worked. Now it wants another update and it won't work. I've tried uninstall ingredients, reseting the TV everything. The TV is about a year old and I don't understand why it won't update! Very annoying!
