This Vampire game was totally different and enjoyable. The storyline for once since I have been playing these games. Did a turn style on the story. For once the vampire needed help. While the game is good, graphics are good and the story...when you can watch is good, what isn't good is beinf forced to watch an advert all the time, in the middle of a puzzle *Bam* ad, in the middle of a blinking cutscene *Bam* Ad, I get it, this is a free game and ads are how the developers get money but when I miss part of the story because an ad forces its self to play over a cutscene no that's just taking the p!ss

Please stop making these versions that have the deluxe option because every single one has glitches. This one wouldn't let me finish the bonus chapter after I found the life water, I went to go give it to Selene and it kicked me out and said I finished the game. No I'm not writing into support either. I shouldn't have to contact support and replay the game to take screenshots and write down everything wrong. You make these games and charge a lot for them so you play them and fix them.

Sound level is too low can barely hear it. Hard to determine the direction of the game without using the hints. Hitting the objects several times gets boring. It would be much better flow if the characters spoke all the time.

You have to pay to get past the first chapter or have ads play. The ads are so frequent it makes the game hard to play, they also reset mini games so if an ad pops up while you're trying to figure out a puzzle you have to start over again.

I have a serious issue I originally paid $5.99 for the deluxe version a few days ago and now in order for me to have the extra bonus stuff that I paid extra for a few days ago now the game is demanding that I make another $1.99 purchase to purchase these add-on bonuses that you get for the deluxe package please fix this

The light puzzle where you have to light up all the tiles can't be done, you just go in one direction and box yourself in and the other direction is a dead end. If you put it on hard you just back out and can't do anything.

Glitchy. This is the fourth game in a row where you can purchase the "bonus" scenes and it will not let you. You have to restart the entire game and half the time that doesn't even work. I think I speak for everyone when I say, we'd love to upgrade but we just can't 🤷
