Out of all the heart rate monitoring apps on here, this is the most accurate. At home I compare my results with a professional monitor that I use. Every time they match perfectly. Other apps are difficult, they don't read right, or they just don't work. If you need a traveling monitor for those time you don't want to carry your big one from home, use this! It's easy to use and it keeps track of all your results. Definitely 5 stars for this one!!!!! * * * * *

Very accurate! I'm really surprised! Tested pulse several times with app and manually to see if it matched and it did every time! I even stood up a few times to increase my pulse rate and again the app was accurate and got the same result when counting my pulse manually! Don't know how it does it but it does! If it's not accurate for someone else maybe it's their phone or they're not doing it right!

Seems accurate when it works (which is most of the time). Sometimes has trouble finding heart rate, and has loud annoying ads in free version. ETA two days later: After posting this, became very unstable, often freezing and even crashing so badly that I could not turn off my phone. Fortunately system recovered on its own. Uninstalled. ETA: hardware issue, not software issue. Reinstalled, no problems in last couple of weeks.

Pros: -Export to Google fit -Uses red light on led flash, other apps that use the brighter white put out much more heat and can hurt your finger after a couple seconds. -Fairly accurate readings. Cons: -If you don't pay the $2 for an ad free experience then the ads can be annoying. But it is a one time fee, so can't complain much.

Works well with the built-in pulse sensor on my Samsung S8. The adverts are tolerable. I would give 5 stars but for the annoying pop-up every time I use the app, asking me if I want to set a reminder. No, I don't. And I'm probably not going to change my mind next time I take a measurement. This should remember my decision - I can always use the settings menu to change it later.

There were 2 bugs that were very quickly resolved and should be available as soon as Android accepts the update V.2.8.1. This is a very good app that allows users to control how often the readings are made and has a place to set a high and low heartrate notification. With the release of 2.8.1, a small bug was fixed that only allowed records to be exported if they were made with the camera and not wear-os. This was done within less than one day of being notified of the bug. Strong dev or team.

Simple, easy to use interface! Was previously using it on S10, perfect and accurate reading using the sensor; love it, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, purchased no ads :) I have now switched to S21 that has no sensor, and the readings using camera are inconsistent :( 8 times out of 10, reading fails. The rest of the time, it's super low (30-40 range) or super high (160+), so I have to spend 15mins taking readings over and over for accuracy. Trying each camera lens individually also inconsistent, never same reliability.

Seems to work very well & accurately as gives expected figures. Only problem is that holding one's index finger over the flash led causes it to become painfully hot very rapidly, so i think the resulting stress of this would be likely to affect the result, but it does seem to come up with an accurate reading by the time one's finger has become too painful. Think it would be a good idea in a future update if the app could tell the user as soon as a reliable reading has been obtained. Brent.
