*edit: 10 July update seems to have fixed the app crashing issue. I do still think the app needs some care, such as historical bookings, overview of charges, and a way to receive service messages such as car not parked in bay, and new location, etc. original: the latest update 7 July completely broke the app, it doesn't even start, and says the app has a bug in it - glad this was supposed to be a maintenance update with bug fixes..

Really terrible App. 30 minutes trying to log in and keeps saying wrong details. Reset password numerous times but still days incorrect password. Customer service closed at weekends. Appalling!

missed a payment, app wont allow me to login, it takes me to update card and on the webpage it says not found. called and the customer service cant get this right

Customer service is the worst. Honestly the making about deleting this app and going to other options.

If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

Haven't been able to use it yet as there are huge gaps on the map where there are no cars available. There needs to be more automatic cars in London (and cars in general!). The one closest to me is over 2 miles/half an hour walk away and is constantly booked for weeks at a time. This means the app is completely useless to me if I can't actually book a car to use! Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to view the map unless you already have a membership. Add more cars in East London please!

Not so much the app as the organisation behind it. The availability isn't updated as often for the app as for the agents, so you can spend ages selecting cars that show as available just to get a 'cannot create reservation message' when you try to make the booking. The agents in the call centre can see what is and isn't available though, so it's frustrating that app users can't. Also, the discount for normal Enterprise car hire is tiny and only applies to a few very expensive cars.
