Horrible app for a horrible hospital Edit (November 4, 2024): This app still remains the absolute worst app I have ever used. It is incredibly frustrating, there are useless features that do nothing, it constantly lags, it's slow to load, sometimes it crashes and won't reopen. Currently, it will not allow me to make any appointments because it says there are none available at all in the whole department. Worst app EVER!

This app has never been following Material/Apple design patterns. The UI is better with last update even though they lots of frown-upon components. However, the the UX has gotten utterly worse as many actions require more steps. For the development team, this update may seem intuitive and easy. That's simply because they worked on it for long. I truly believe there has been none/scarce user testings. Guys, it's easy. Outsource the design, and develop in-house.

very slow. prescriptions and lab results couldn't not be seen when we wanted to see. It opens sometimes, sometimes shows blank. couldn't refill prescription easily. I ended up revisiting the doctor for that.

Much improvements required in automation. So much manual work and the reception don't know if medication or tests are approved. They are keep on calling here and there. They should have it in their system directly. Every visit takes hours due to these manual works. Even they have very good doctors, but the system is so much degraded causing delays and many visits.

Very buggy, inconsistent app. Medicine prescriptions function has issues. It does not show recent added orders. Once you try to order the same medicine again it says the order is already present but never shows it in the order log.
