I have the Saturn Ultra 4 and it was able to connect just fine once I updated the printer. I was able to even view the print. However, I currently cannot see through the camera whether it is or is not printing. Otherwise, I am able to see time, layer count, layer height, etc. just fine. Am looking forward to the Centauri Carbon being able to connect

Doesn't even remotely work. Tried scanning the QR code and manually entering the pin and nothing will allow me to connect to my printer. Considering this was a huge part as to why I upgraded from the Mars 2 this makes the entire purchase pointless. I'm off to Amazon to 1 star the printer now, next time make sure your products work before you claim that it does all this stuff.

As of July 15th, support was added for th Mars 5 Ultra and Saturn 4 Ultra. I was able to successfully connect my printer (using a Samsung S25 Ultra for reference). I am rating 3 stars currently both because the camera has significant delay, and because I have not yet used the app to monitor a print -- I will amend my review when I've used the app more.

Firmware update on the printer. There is no qr code anymore. No sign of any pin either. the devs that work this app must not talk to the ones that handle the firmware. Maybe they just don't have access to a printer.

No Support for Neptune 4 Plus. Description states it works with FDM printers but the app only has Saturn and Mars machines listed. Once the app is updated to support FDM I'll edit the review based on it's usability.

was able to log in to the app itself but couldn't connect to my printer QR or pin. half the support pages redirect to the store or are blank. did this app bypass QA and go straight to live what happened?

Im not sure why this app has so many bad reviews. I have an Elegoo Staurn 4 Ultra 16k, and this app connected flawlessly to my printer. Im able to monitor my prints from anywhere and have full control of my printer from the app.
