This app is horrible and can't log you in without issues, and can't pick the nearest location. The stores also don't have a location in the name and you have to guess until you find the right one. My order was placed at one across town instead of the E&G around the corner. Why? Horrible interface, literally looks like it was developed over 15 years ago. Honestly won't eat here because of this app problem. Literally no address on the app before ordering

Great deals on the app pretty frequently! I hardly eat anywhere unless there is a deal. Not a fan of their cheesesteaks but their deli sandwiches are fantastic and the bread is amazing. Too bad I only travel to Wisconsin occasionally. If the app glitches you can give them your phone number in store and the deal will still be honored.

They no longer have the address of the store listed when you go to order online. If you dont know the store number good luck knowing where your order is getting sent to. It's made me completely abandon using the app because there doesn't seem to be any way around this.

App doesn't work. When scanning a receipt it always says oops. It's taking longer than normal try again later. I have never received points from this app and I have had it for over a year. Never get points when I order from it either. Maybe you should fix it. I stopped ordering from you guys about 4 months ago. Don't like being lied to

This app (and the restaurant's website) is embarrassing in the year 2023. Things don't display right on my Pixel 6, navigation is an arcane nightmare, and rewards/promos don't like to populate in the order. It's technically usable but it's not pleasant to. I have to think an enormous amount of business is being conducted through the mobile app at this point so maybe prioritize modernizing it.

Really needs an update. Never is able to read my receipts, on two different phones and an iPad. I've had several orders that I haven't received rewards for because the app always says they will be added once the app processes the receipt, but it never does. Also doesnt send my order in half the time.

didn't think anything of it, got the app, scanned the receipt, 7 points from $5 off, decent. also, I assume that the birthdate entry is for birthday subs and/or coupons, but I have to wait a whole year to tell. keep up the great work on the app!

I'm a regular customer but the app does me no good at all. I'm not even three miles from the store, and they deliver to my work any time I call, but I can't do anything with my rewards because online ordering and the app both won't let me place orders because I'm supposedly outside of their delivery area.
