Very easy to verify, I sat in my comfort zone and did it very simple,gone are the days when retirees will have to travel very far and that with no proper accomodations to verify. I think the designer of this app should be called back to look into it and dictect what is really wrong with stage2, because after capturing and fix in my NIN it keeps showing "Identity validation failed, try again later" for several times which I think is same happening to others. it's a welcome development and easy way for verification at home, but I still think we should still use manual for this period and look in the app so it can be used for next verification and make necessary corrections

This would have been a nice initiative if the app was working effectively. When once you get to stage two, which requires NIN, the app stops working. Even after deleting the former app and downloading a new one. The builder of this app has to do the needful pse. Most of us can't get the verification done.

Liveness Check Not Working I've been trying to help my dad complete the verification since September up till now but we're unable to go beyond the liveness check. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, tried with friend's phones (different models, different OS's) still same issue. Pls provide easier alternatives 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 Abuja is too far and expensive for us. 🙇

I am currently helping My Dad with the verification exercise but the selfie Capture has been frustrating as it keeps saying Please Try again. We have tried it a Hundredth time and it's still saying the same thing It's heart breaking for the Poor Oldman as he fears for the process Please are there any known reasons why this may be happening I am doing this for him Using My Samsung Phone. Does the app have brand of Phone doesn't work well with the App? Pls We need help on this Thanks

The effort put into creating this app and the foresight behind it deserve a whole 5 star but I'm giving it only 3 stars because it kept freezing up at every last stage of my enrollment, after completing everything at every stage! Then, I tried contacting the HQ on Whatsapp with a screenshot of the failures but two months on, there's no response to-date. Worst is, I just updated the app from Play Store and it won't even load all after the update! Developers should urgently please fix this.

Stage 4 is blocked, the phone number provided, I have sent text, WhatsApp messages and voicemail no response. If one can not reach the help center then why is there? Funny enough, its not going through anymore as the app constantly requests for upgrades, try to but doesn't upgrade at all. Hmmm

The App refers you to a new version and demands an update. When you tap on the "Update," it takes you back to "Open" on the App, but refuses to open. Rather, it returns you to "New Version Available" and the cycle continues. Please do something about it. Time is of the essence! Thanks.
