The actual rewards program is awesome & the best out there. I easily get $4 off at least 1-2x a week. Not including the brand, fuel, & tobacco discounts I get. It saves me so much money. Especially in comparison to other points/reward programs for local gas stations. My only issue is with the app. Worked perfectly until about two months ago. Then it suddenly started glitching & will not go past login screen. Thankfully, I am able to load the site through Chrome & use it that way. Please fix! <3

99.9% of the time trying to use rewards discount doesn't work or clerk is not trained to push the right button. And that is true about using manufacture's coupon also. They have signs all over the store: buy 2 and get so much off, yet one buys 4 or 6 and only get discount on 1st 2 items. It's all a scam to draw you in and take your money. Lately I haven't seen any convenience about this chain of stores either, I get in and out of a grocery store faster...

99% of the time the rewards won't work. This has happened to me at many different locations. Today, I redeemed my rewards for a free drink and for 5 cents off a gallon of gas. When I entered my number at the register to receive the discounts, the cashier said the loyalty program PROBABLY isn't working! This happens ALL the time. I have uninstalled the app. I'm done.

point system is worthless. on 2 different occasions I redeemed points for a free drink and both times the pos didn't discount the purchase and still took my points. not a big deal since the drinks are 89 cents at the moment but that's besides the point. worthy point system.

Love this app, the points rack up extremely fast! [Edit] Taking one star away because I've spent tons of money with yall, and maybe yall do this as a "stop smoking" type thing.. I pretty much only use the points on the *$4.00 Off* option, The fact that it can't be used on Tobacco products is INSANE and kind of hurtful as a, working on quitting, smoker... Love the App still... Dont love getting ripped on Cigs...

I mean I hadcs few problems like not being able to redeem some points buy the points got took away but other than that it's a good app to have if you shop at a stripes, for sure ,got me a free drink. right now.

Awful. Can't login. Saying my password no longer works but won't send a link to reset it. When I did get logged back in, it said I had no points available. The one time I tried to us my points (awhile back) but they did not work...ever. Rewards program is a joke and no one responds back to feedback or emails. I'll stick to my 7/11 Rewards and Murphy Drive Rewards. At least they work everytime.

Yesterday I went in the store and got a 44 Oz drink for a dollar and nine cent with my rewards today I go in it's 2:50 and no one told me until after I'd already made the drink. I believe this is what they call a bait and switch App. The app has a notifications tab but they don't send you notifications when they change the prices.
