Would love some more customization, such as properly aligning the LEDs to the image, some of mine seem a tad off. Would be nice to be able to set which part of the image is replicated by the LEDs, seems like its not the actual border that is displayed, but maybe a couple of inches in on each side.

Long winded customer service. Haven't been able to get the fancy led box to pick up my ps5 or get any of the functionality that's advertised. Currently it's a £200+ led strip that you could get anywhere for £20. I will update my brief experience once I actually get support. Followup - led strip was faulty and they also had to access the box remotely to just the software, I requested a refund but they are forcing me to take another led strip. I have persistently asked for a refund to be told no

Decent app that works most of the time. I asked this before but can you guys make the saturation a slider instead of 3 buttons? I think the sweetspot is between low and medium so it would be great to have more control on that for more accurate colors

Works when it wants to work, which is less than half the time I need it to. I own two of these. My main TV pulses white no matter what I choose even though it's connected. All I can do that does anything is turn it off and on. When it works it works good but if there's any white in the picture background it strobes, flashing like crazy. I paid a large amount of money for this junk and I'll never make this mistake again. No firmware updating for such a device shows you it's cheapness.

New update genuinely sucks so bad. Should have kept the old one where you can actually choose a scene instead of only a color. Not user friendly at all!

Terrible software. No I don't want to change my phone's network because you build something with decade old radios. Just let me type in the SSID I want to use. But NOOoooo. FFS
