I am 90% certain I cancelled my trial immediately, yet I was billed the $79 or whatever it was. I disputed it with google and the denied paying it. Has anyone else experienced this? Your directing me to reach out to customer service, is another example of your level of customer service. You have a heavily frustrated user, reporting fraudulant behavior. i request someone in this company to research this incident. reputable companies send email warning of trials about to expire.

there's nothing there. it's a payed subscription that you have to have. not sure why you have put this as an app as the app is Goblin Tools app. which you have to buy. don't advertise as being free when it's not.

I downloaded and accepted the 3 day trial, and unsubsidized the same day. they charged me the full year subscription the first day of the trial and never notified me that they had. I want a refund because I don't want to use the app, it doesn't meet my needs and I don't do business with companies that charge for a full year on day one of the free trial. 1 star because 0 isn't an option.

Has a 3 day free trial, you have to cancel before the last day (so cancel on day 2), or you're charged a 6.99$ WEEKLY subscription. Unbelievable. Also charges your Apple account which i didn't even tenebrous i had, so a longer hassle to unsubsidized instead of right here in Google play

It asks you to select all tasks you need assistance with, but the app will only allow you to progress if you select all the tasks. There was only a 3-day free trial, that I could locate. So, though the download was free, the app appears not to be.

Not the real Goblin.Tools app. The official app costs 2 dollars or you can use the web app for free. I'm pretty sure this is basically just the web app and will charge you a subscription. Basically a scam.
