I've been doing backups on different days to Samsung cloud backing up everything on the list from messages, contacts files photos videos apps settings etc but the contacts don't get backed up and messages documents. I've run the backups and then try see what is there and the phone shows the stuff but on the cloud is only a few things. I've got a new mobile phone and am looking for old messages but there's no backups only the last one I did on Friday 15th November 2024. I'd not bother with it.

Everything's work fine, but there's no option to create folders. How will I categorised my files if all them would mixed up. This is basic thing and all other cloud storage services has this except you. Disappointed ☹️☹️

First impressions are everything....having to select thousands of individual photos 1 by 1 to upload to the cloud is not a great first impression. Where the heck is the select all option

Pros:Size of the app and free space for uploading. Cons:No sorting for files,no way to make folders, no way to upload anything that isn't on the categories.

I don't seem to quite understand how to use the Cloud Storage App. How do you Backup, Save, move or transfer Data from your Phone's Internal Memory Storage to the App in order to free up Storage Space on your Device?

Is there a way to select more that 30 items? I have close to 1000 files I want to store and that will take quite a while. would be nice to select everything and let app upload in background without having to check and select more every few minutes.
