Complete rubbish. Stops seeing temperature sensors correctly, random disconnections and loosing contact between the device and the apps. cannot add devices because it fails to see them.... And yeah contact support because this app has supposedly a never ending list of things that prevent it from functioning half-decently. Will never buy Ferguson again. Never!

The system is totally unreliable. It needs to be restarted every now and again. Sensors disconnect from the hub and need to be readded. Also temperature and humidity sensors provide erroneous readouts. Water sensors need to be also manually restarted. The application is not responsive at times, particularly when many sensors are added. It's a waste of money and time.

Hot garbage! The app when connecting to smart plug throws "error", but connects to the network, but it's still invisible in the app... Also can't I add already configured plug?
