The desktop version is okay... 5/10, does the job. Nobody likes how the pre-fires work, its unecessarily complicated. The phone ap is complete garbage, which is hilarious since I assume many others access FD from their phones. There's not much intuition here... zoomed in calender - so you can't see the whole month w/o scrolling north, south, east, west. I would assume you'd be able to click on a scheduled work day on the calender, then have the ability to go straight to the shift board... but no

The only way I can get the app to stop giving me push notifications for dispatched calls is by blocking notifications completely through my Android settings. The settings in the app are set not to notify me of dispatches at all. There's also a ton of incomplete features that are hardly usable on mobile. Incident reports, for example. The schedule board is okay sometimes, but frequently displays the wrong information if you switch dates.

Terrible app that I am forced to use because of administrative decisions. App constantly displays the incorrect personnel assigned to units, prevents scrolling past a certain point on shift roster, randomly logs me out of the app entirely and then requires the app to be un-installed and re-installed before I can log back in. My ageny used CrewSense and Active911, then switched to Firstdue to consolidate resources. It has not worked well since day 1, and I would strongly discourage its use.

After my initial review, Firstdue reached out right away to attempt to fix the problems. Their customer service was enough to increase the rating I gave from 1 start up to 3. One issue was user error with configuration, however the configuration came from the update. The second issue seems to be system wide and a solution is be developed.

Good app but for the checkouts, it can log you in multiple times. You should just resume your previous login instead of having multiple users with same name. Then cant finalize. Fix that and may go up a star

Amazing app for Fire/EMS. Our agency went to First Due a few years ago. It's been a great supplement to how we receive regular dispatches via Purvis station alerting, radio and MDT. Mapping system also works great locating fire hydrants via your phone.

Overall it is a good app, it just needs polish. Many of the screen are not really mobile optimized and it is basically a version of the website. Huge drawback is that iPads are fully supported but android tablets are not. Have a pixel tablet and it will not allow me to install the app as the developer has not make it compatible.other than those issues the app functions well.

Overall a good app. It does seem to not run as well on Android devices. I am unable to upload pictures from my phone. The dispatch list will randomly revert to only showing older calls and not a current list. Sometimes the navigation will route to a block number and not a specific address when the specific address is still shown in the call.
