App has been very glitchy lately when it comes to basic maneuvering. Every time I try to participate in a live show, it always kicks me out/the app closes out so this feature is a good concept but just doesn't work out for me. Not a fan of XP point for playlist don't overlap to the next level like on OG SongPop. Otherwise game-play when it does load, live 1v1, and missions for monthly passes are spot on!

This game used to be so much fun. Lately, so many people are not even able to get the game to work. The game loads slow if it loads at all. The lag makes it hard to play. It sometimes takes several minutes for a game to load. The lag happens during the game causing the song to time out and be counted as wrong. The live shows constantly have problems with messages that say your connection is slow, although it isn't. This game has become more of a hassle than a fun game.

I rated this over a year ago. Still no improvement. There is so many bugs and glitches in this game and they continue try to sell you add ons for it but IT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY!!! The only reason I have it is because it comes with my classic songpop subscription. I would not pay for this app or any extras until they fix the continuous problems they have with this game

Customer service seems to have gone a long vacation. Two years and still having issues logging in, loading games, repetitive challenges and losing over 2 years of tuneology because of log in problems has now officially turned me off the game. Customer service is atrocious, 3 weeks with no communication whatsoever.

Lots of glitches with tasks etc. Frustrating to pay for something that has so many problems. Can't even report an issue as that just opens my email and then crashes. Which is a shame as I enjoy the game in general. Update Feb25, virtually impossible to play, takes forever to load, games then take forever to play and then don't register. Lots of people having similar issues. Avoid

This is a horrible platform compared to the other songpop. I'm constantly having to restart because the game freezes. And it's even worse when there is a tournament. I've been trying fire an hour to get in and when I finally do, nothing will load for me to play. If this does not improve, I will NOT renew

Great game, but a MISERABLE gaming experience. Would not recommend this app to ANYONE. Every aspect of gameplay is riddled with glitches. The game freezes constantly and/or lags so severely that you are forced to close/reopen the app. Players repeatedly report issues to "support," and wait 5 weeks to get a response. Nothing gets fixed and the "compensation" given for lost boosts/tickets is insulting. Unacceptable.

Lag, inability to log in, etc. The game freezes up every few minutes and has to be shut down and reloaded. Tickets have been submitted with no resolution. I pay for this game and you guys don't seem to care about your players. I hate even trying to play it anymore. Please fix it.
