Overall the functionality seems quite good. However, every time I try to perform a new scan the app crashes. I've reported this by way of an app message but never receive follow-up. Additionally, a previously paired item doesn't connect after a period of non-use. When I attempt to re-connect using the Android OS, the BT firewall opens up and prevents me from going any further. I have to disable the BT firewall to re-connect the paired device. If there is something in the settings I've overlooked, I would appreciate knowing the procedure. I'm using Android 8.0.0 on a Samsung A-520. The issues have existed on prior OS versions. I have a paid version of the BT Firewall.

tmh, too

After moving to an apt building where my bluetooth was hacked, I downloaded this to alert me. Love it - does what it says - sometimes adding a new device takes a minute or two longer, but I'd rather know if someone is trying to 'sniff around'. I can't remember if they offered an ad-free version, or if it just doesn't have ads. If so, I bought it and it is an unobtrusive app that has proven to be really beneficial. ❤👍

amazing app guys I was having major problems with bt security for a few months now. honestly now that found this my issues seem to be clearing up. apparently im not a easy target anymore. I do have one suggestion. I would be nice to have an idea what apps are activating BT protocol if it's remote or local but again thank you!

Loved the trial so I happily bought it. Would love the ability to add devices based on Mac address too. Like my S Pen keeps connecting at weird times and turning off my Bluetooth. I haven't been able to figure out how to scan for it. I've got some other devices similar to that as well. Being able to add the Mac address based on the notifications would be very helpful. Otherwise I'm loving the experience and have recommended it to my family. Keep up the good work!

Once again, good job! Running in the foreground has stopped those in close proximity from linking to my device. Can you please add better capabilities. I am getting dial-in issues, phone calls from clamshell type phones using remote Bluetooth call, which does not require Bluetooth to be turned on to allow them to troll through my device without my knowing. I guess there may also eventually be a way to block those using an emulator to duplicate a device. Please consider making the app device admin

I enjoy the idea of what is happening, sorta bummed that the file explorer isn't a part of the security suite as it would be nice to police the data transfer both ways as well... But I'm having an issue with the control and verification of the bluetooth mac address, as if the app isn't actually connecting to the hardware, any troubleshooting steps would be helpful... Willing to send logs and be guinea pig...

Ive been put in a situation the past few years that's resulted in heavy daily surveillance. It's comical really especially when I happen to catch on to their pattern and fk with them. My point is that I'm glad to see this app available and so far so good . I'm having issues starting a discovery scan process, I would like to see that fixed . Great app!

Changing Bluetooth Firewall into a foreground Service gives the application greater stability than it previously had. When my battery is low the firewall does not go down, unlike a security app I've recently used. I am alerted when someone tries pairing with my phone. The paired connection is now reliable when transferring data. I no longer need to keep reestablishing the transfer connection. Also, I am alerted when one of my applications periodically turns itself on.
