It took several days to work out an account and now I can't use it because it skips right past the "enter card" payment phase. Kind of useless so far.

No option for kids' fare. Also, no place to enter credit card info- when you tap the button to do so, it simply takes you to a new, blank screen.

if I could give it less I would! they took a great app and destroyed it. used to be able to track buses, times, routes, everything! now it's worse than garbage.

Entirely useless. No route maps or schedule, and the plan trip button doesn't do anything.
