We all have duplicate similar photos in our mobile. We take multiple click to get 1 perfect photo. These similar or duplicate photos capture too much space of our mobile memory.
This is a perfect app to detect such duplicate photos and get rid of it to create extra space in your mobile phones.

How it works :
It's very easy to use. Just click on scan and the app will scan all images (even hidden files & cache files). The app will display sets of all similar and duplicate photos. There are 2 categories of sets :
- Similar images : They are not exactly same but 80% similar photos.
- Duplicate : They are 100% same in all prospective.

You could select each photos from the set keeping one unselected. With one click all the selected images will be deleted.

Permission :
- All file access : Is used to allow user to view & delete duplicate Images and video from storage as per selection.

Does a decent job of scanning for matches, however it doesn't allow you to only scan one folder or it's sub folders. And worse than that it doesn't show you the names of the two files it finds that are duplicates, and it doesn't show you where they are even located so you can decide which one you want to delete and which one you wanna keep.

As with, apparently, all these sorts of apps, it simply refuses to find all duplicates, or VERY similar pics, I've got a folder with over 300 pics in it, I know there are at least 3 images with a similar copy, not 100% identical, but slightly different edits of the same image, those 3 might be all there is, altho across the board there could be more I haven't spotted, this app can not for the life of it find those 3 particular similar images, the only real difference must be a slight crop difference and brightness, why can't it mark them up? No app like this can, I tried copying the whole folder, and true enough it can mark up each and every image as dupes, but with those 3 similar images in 3 different groups, just the 100% identical match, I've set the similarity setting to 10%, it should find these damn pics, if it's missing those 3, who knows how bad these apps actually perform, clearly they can't actually scan an image to see if they're similar at all, that's a lie, all they can do is look for images with the same res and file size.

I have tried 2 cleaner programs AVG which I own, and I have tried Avast which I do not own. I also have tried Duplicates, and the other Duplicate Cleaner program all which are not very good but try them yourself because I do a lot of Snapshots. I have found that this program is much more reliable for my use for both photos, snapshots, and videos at almost a hundred percent. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because everyone can improve. I will own it shortly

Bad UX with interstitial ads at every tap, even when accessing the settings screen, and even before the app loads. Banner ads also on every screen. I understand the devs need to make money but not at the cost of pissing off the customers that would pay for the ad free version if they like the app. The app itself doesn't meet my requirements, the similarity threshold is too low so it groups completely different pictures, it'd be useful if you could manually set it.

doesn't work anymore after the first use. so it's only good once. after that delete it.. it won't work anymore.. I knowingly put 2 exact copies of a picture just to see if it would and it didn't detect them. this app is worthless after the first use.

This is the first duplicate app I've ever had that actually does what it promises. I had to clean up my photos. Too many were duplicated or even tripled on my cell phone. It worked like a charm and it is free if you don't mind Ads which seem to be extra short so not too much of a problem.

First off the ad is 1/2 the size of the screen. 2nd the items are so small not even 1/2", couldn't even read the print on document. 3rd it found many that were not duplicates - they weren't even close! Like a picture & a document! Strike 3 - deleted

laggy and clunky, and the layout is very unintuitive. there's also ads almost every time you click something, which is a lot because you can't swipe between pictures and instead have to press them each one at a time if you want to see the picture at a size larger than a thumbnail
