I really like the app and what it has to offer, but sometimes it tells me my devices aren't linked or it posts my results from my devices really late and it sometimes says pm when it should say am.

The app freezes, doest track correctly & doesnt show history. fix your app. its hard to know whats going on with your diabetes

There's no way to edit a log once you've made it. All logs are separate for whatever reason--so combining all moods, foods, sugar levels, etc. in one entry would be much more helpful rather than have a separate entry for everything. I couldn't find past logs until I looked under history, then under glucose, which makes no sense to me if I'm looking for moods or medications, but whatever. The coach is nice.

The app has become very sluggish and slow. When I click to view my glucose history it freezes and the app crashes. It takes minutes for other history items to appear. I don't know if my reading is recorded or not. UPDATED. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it seems to work as it should. Update. The app is back to freezing and crashing . I really wish this could be fixed

The app is slow and often doesn't load making it difficult to log everything. I have taken to only use a minimum of the features instead of fully utilizing the potential benefits. The resources connected to the app, such as supply replacements and messaging medical support are very beneficial. I wish the app itself were easier to use and didn't have so much lag and disconnect.

Some things would help. I'm including using my glucometer as part of this app b/c it's part of the Onduo program. Make it possible to make changes when I log info after I make a mistake. Also, when I'm loging my food, I cannot see the whole list: fasting, before nreakfast, etc. so I push the wrong button. Then I don't have the correct information to review my logs so that I know when to make changes.

This is the first time that I used any diabetes app. It a great challenge, keep me motivated every day, to keep my glucose on control by eating the right foods and during my daily exercise. Before I wasn't doing no extra exercise. Plus I have a great coach,(Sara) that keep me on track.

This app is a great tool to have. You get dedicated support from real live coaches who help you manage your diabetes, eating habits and exercise. It also comes with a glucose meter that generates reports you can easily share with your doctor from the app. If your looking for a glucose machine and program that does more than take your blood sugar reading then Onduo is the app for you!!
