The app keeps freezing, it keeps saying error and then kicks you out, I took a paid subscription to use the AI component and couldn't even use it because it keeps throwing out an error

Really helpful, my IELTS result exceeded my expectations. Listening and reading mock tests are kinda harder than the actual test in my opinion. The format is different from the actual computer based test, i would say the actual test format is way more convenient and easier to use than Flex especially for reading tests. But overall i think it still worth your money with many videos about 4 skills and zoom classes. I've never tried AI writing and speaking test feedbacks but they are included.
