***About Euclidea***
Euclidea is a brilliantly original way to learn about, explore and have fun with Euclidian Constructions! Your task is to solve interesting challenges by building geometric constructions with a straightedge and compass. If you design the most elegantly simple solutions in the least number of moves, you’ll earn the highest scores. Solutions are scored in lines (L) and elementary Euclidean constructions (E).
***Start Simple and Get Smarter!***
Don’t worry if you aren’t a math wizard. Euclidea starts out with simple challenges that guide you through the basics. Once you master the fundamentals, you’ll move on to tougher, more mind-bending challenges such as inner/outer tangents, regular polygons, and more. There are 120 unique challenges in total, which are organized in packs for simpler navigation.
***Add Constructions to Your Interface***
When you learn certain significant constructions – such as angle bisectors, non-collapsing compass, and so on – they are automatically added to the Euclidea interface’s shortcut, which helps you save time and allows you to create clean, uncluttered drawings.
***Easily Drag, Pan & Zoom***
Euclidea-created constructions are completely dynamic. As such, you can drag to adjust angles, lines, radii and so on. You can also easily zoom and pan. This not only makes the experience more interactive, but it allows you to more deeply grasp the relationships between geometric elements, explore various possibilities, and analyze errors.
***Instant, Automatic Precision***
Don’t worry about spending time or effort trying to achieve perfect precision, because Euclidea automatically handles that task by pinning points, lines and circles to the app’s clean interface.

A very interesting game that has me hooked since the second I started it. It begins very easy and has a good learning curve, and some puzzles require even me to think twice. There are no ads in the game, which is very nice, since it doesn't disrupt the flow of thinking. The pricing for the in-app-purchases is very fair, too, with 99ct per option. The only downside I see so far is that there seems to be no store, I only saw the prices when I actually tapped on the "buy"-option

The game could offer a bit more help, especially when first starting. Also offer help throughout the game. I understand that part of the experience is to figure it out on your own, but sometimes getting lost on a problem with no help is very frusterating, and without the answer, you can't progress to the next problem...other than that, it is a great designed game and is unique in every single way and different from any other game I've ever encountered. Thank you to the developers and great job!

This game reminded me how cool geometry is! It's like a brain teaser but so calming! I love it. I wish I understood the way the "E" and "L" "cost" works. It is nice being able to drag or pull circles and lines and the "cost" shows up at the bottom, but if they somehow could show the cost above each shape/line/etc that would be helpful in my problem solving!

I have never enjoyed a game so much, and at the same time learned so much from it. The controls are effortless and intuitive, and the puzzles make you feel like you're the true discoverer of geometric relationships... Because in a sense you are. And levels 3-8 unlock with stars, or you can buy them outright for a dollar. An absolute steal for such an incredible game, and if you're really invested you don't even have to pay that. I can't praise this enough!

Great game 🙂 If you are into puzzles and have an interest in compass and straightedge geometry; this is the one. One thing I really like is that the games design makes trying out ideas quick and easy. In my opinion, only thing it lacks is an explanation of why constructions work. That is the teacher in me talking. It's a game and feels good to play.

The game I needed to understand trigonometry 🤯 I wish I'd had this 20 years ago, when I was learning trig in high school and couldn't find an explanation that made it "click" for me the way most other math did. I've just been playing through the game so far, but I can tell that when I next go to memorize a trig rule, I'm going to have a better intuitive understanding of what it *means*, which will mean I can *learn* it rather than just memorizing 🤩

Certainly looking forward to the hints system, but this game has been great nonetheless. I thought I hated geometry, but I just hated geometry class, i.e. the proofs. This game is fascinating and challenging and really keeps me on my toes mentally. The only possible improvement I could think of would be to add a sandbox mode; a blank grid where you can experiment to your heart's content.

Quite a wonderful and challenging brain teaser. Entire pack is quite cheap, worth every penny and then some. Also, the fact that there are no advertisement interruptions is very welcome. Edit: Please make the drawing area background completely black in dark mode (or make it an option), instead of dark grey, as it would look great on OLED screens, as well as save some power.
