I liked the app until the recent update for "big fixes." Now it loads up and then crashes 3 seconds later Everytime. It's useless now and I can't get to my points

The idea is simple. Buy stuff. Scan receipts. Get rewards. When it works, it is a nice perk for something you are already doing. The issue is that this app often is buggy. More frequently than it should be, is it not able to scan receipts to get rewards. Since receipts are only good for 24 hours and the bug fix usually takes longer, you often lose out on points. Still, getting anything for free for doing what you already do makes it worth the hassle.

Your new app is terrible, impossible to navigate. Before, it was very easy to scan in the shop or via reciets. Now, the option has either vanished, removed, or sent to the ether. I had one the first day it downloaded. Finding it again is chore. However, it will give you a million ways to order online and across the globe. To receive points. A failed attempt to fix something that was not broke.

Does not always allow receipts immediately after sale. Also interface can be confusing..sometimes some menu choices disappear.

Your app is broken. For items I only had one of, it was doubling the price. An order for 2 sandwiches, a half dozen donuts, and 2 drinks came to $46 and change. Very wrong. I've noticed numerous issues with the app. I've tried multiple times ordering from it but one way or another had an issue and ended up going to Dunkins instead as their app is easier to use. Please, hire someone who knows how to make a good app. Make it as easy as Dunkins or Starbucks app.

I don't see anything new. App is very hard to figure out. Maybe a young person who is tech savvy can figure it out. Not enough deals. I also did not, nor was I told to scan the receipt. I have been using the app to pay and thought it was applied to my account. Honeydew makes customers really work for points. I go there at least 2 times week and lost all those points because I didn't know to scan the receipt. Stupid app.

The order part sucks. It takes forever to place an order. Once you get ready to pay a d complete, it says you ca not use the time selected. So you have to order again. Then it tells you again the time expired. What a bleeping waste of time. The dunks app is better and that is not saying much
