A 2048 is played on a simple grid gray size 4 × 4 as it moves boxes of different colors, with different numbers ( all numbers power of 2 up to 2048 ) , smoothly when a player moves them. The game uses the arrow keys on your keyboard to move all the boxes to the left or right or up or down. If two boxes of the same number collide as they move , will merge into one box that will be numbered the sum of the two cards that have collided and therefore the corresponding color. At every turn, a new card will appear randomly in an empty spot on the scoreboard with a value of 2 or 4.
Furthermore , a board in the upper right keeps track of the user's score . The user's score starts at zero and is incremented each time that two tiles are combined, with the value of the new box. As in many other games, the best score is displayed next to the user's current score.
The game is won when a card with a value of 2048 appears on the screen , hence the name of the game . After reaching the target score , players can continue beyond 2048. If the player can not move the boxes (there are no gaps and no adjacent tiles with the same value) , the game ends .
