Never misses a beat. Once set up, it's set and forget. always works always connects, always logs. From that viewpoint I cannot fault it. Compared to some other newer "AI" weight tracking apps, it lacks some features, however what it does provide is more than sufficient to draw your own conclusions, and the body fat estimate has always been pretty much spot on for me compared with measuring by hand or within 5% of a dexa scan. if you want flashy, this isn't it, but for core stats. perfect.

App and scales seem to work great however, my issue is my wife uses them too and has accidentally weighed herself whilst I was connected and now I can't seem to delete it from my records.

I've been using the app about 7 months now and I'm pretty happy with it. It displays variety of information that's useful to me, connects each time, reads accurately, I've been able to add family members on to it, although this took me a little to find. The only thing I would like is for it to recognise and open up when I get on scales, as opposed to having to do it manually before hand.

Pairing the scales and the app was easy but it took me quite a few attempts to figure out how to sync the data. To save others some time, try these steps: 1. Switch on the app and allow Bluetooth connection. 2. Switch on the scales and wait for 0kg and the Bluetooth symbol to appear. 3. Step on the scales and wait for all the figures to appear on the screen. The last step usually takes a few seconds and then my mobile phone starts vibrating to let me know the data has synced. Easy!

Didn't have any issues setting it up. Tap year to the year. Etc. Once the scales paired it seems to give an accurate reading. Seems to be working with Google fit too. My only request would be to auto open the app when you step on the scales. Other than that seems good so far. If experience changes I will adjust score... Also not sure why it wants permission to photos /files??!! But nope!

I am happy with the information this app extracts from my scales, but I would very much like to be able to extract the data in table format (Excel or similar) because storing daily Jpg photos is not practical at all. Why is it not able to store reports in csv or excel format so that a continuous history can be compiled.? Not being able to do this makes all the data collected quite useless as it can't be compared to last week / month / year without scrolling through hundreds of jpg photos.

Awful app. I don't tend to write reviews but I needed to vent my frustration. When the app worked it was OK but that was not often. When I would use once a week to check weight the app doesn't connect to scales. I would spend 20 min installing app again and resetting but nothing. I wanted something to use quickly not waste my time on.

No longer syncs to Google fit, it used to but stopped working a few months ago, I've deleted both apps, signed in & out, tried reconnecting etc nothing works I contacted help & they ignored that I had told them I had done all this & just kept telling me the steps to do it, I know the steps to do it, it doesn't work I asked when there would be an update, they said their "test team found no problems" Apart from that the app seems to work just a shame I no longer have my historical data
