worst rental app ever. when a real estate agent emails you a prospective property there's a link to view the property. when you click on the link it takes you to this app. then it doesn't take you to the property in question. and you have to scroll through multiple properties only to not find the property in the email. real estate agents need to stop using Tennant app

This has been so frustrating. When I started putting my inspections in, I was thrilled then it kept logging me out. When I asked for help, I was told I now had 2 accounts. Which made no sense since they were the same phone number and email details. The help was quick but it shouldn't be needed. Nothing's changed one year on. I keep getting emails from agents but when I click to look at the property, it doesn't show up. I can't even search for that particular property.

this app does not function. constant requests for log in codes, loses info, to the point I had to hand write out all my property inspections so I didn't miss them. crashes constantly, and is painfully slow to use. Applying for properties is also an ordeal, even with pre loaded info. I paid extra to access all the features and it was a huge waste of time and money. The search function doesn't even adhere to the parameters you put in and keeps throwing the same incorrect results out. Awful app.

The app is okay but the space taken up by ribbons at the top means that I can only use 70% of the space on my phone screen to see the properties. It is frustrating that if you hit book inspection, book it in and navigate back to the search, it takes you right back to the start rather than continue where you left. The navigation between photos is also glitchy. It's these little things that makes this app annoying, because it is a good app, just the user interface especially on the mobile app

Not what you want an app to be doing when there's a high housing & rental crisis. For this to be the main source of rental applications most rental agents are now using, it's very disappointing! I upgraded my subscription to have access to early bird registration & I've had multiple issues not showing properties in the app, that I am receiving in emails.

It is the shittiest app built with worst user interface. It logs out every day. Sometimes the application applies vanish and you have to log off and log in again. When someone shares link of the property it does not open the property, it just opens the app. And we are forced to apply for lease via this app which never opens. Half the time it takes to browser, so why does this app exist?

This application is way too far to be successful. There are too many errors. Where can I start. I chose a couple of suburbs, but now there are hundreds of them saved, and it's hard to edit the search part. I wish I could delete them quickly. It's stopped working often, and I closed and opened again. There are many rentals, but the app says no properties found. Edit: Now, every time, I have to log in with email validation code. I hate this app, but agencies are using this, and I have to use too.

Love the app, how you can find a house, book and apply all in one app. Only problem is when I go from a link from my email to apply or a link to view property or link to confirm a booking time etc the app is blank, white screen. So I then have to clear the app from recent apps and then try again through the link and when I finally get back through and no more white screen (can take a few times, and also displays the getting things ready logo) I then have to sign back in everytime.
