I had a old version on my phone and was able to connect to my dosser 3.4, make schedules. My phone decided to update to the latest version. I am still able to connect to the device but I cant access my dosser to set schedules. When I long press my dosser then it get stuck on "loading data", nothing happens. When I try AP mode only it shows a white screen and nothing happens. Now I'm stuck with a product which used to work but because of the software changes, I am unable to use my dosser :(

I could connect remotely to my wavemaker before the most recent app update. I liked the controllability of the app when connected. I attempted to reconnect the wavemaker multiple times without success. I have no other option than to control it manually now. The support for this app is non-existent! Very disappointing!

Very very very weak wifi. Tried all instruction and you tube videos to connect to WiFi...but to no avail. Do yourself a favour and do not buy a jebao product. I bought an aqua pump and would not connect to wife. A few internet searches and discovered that it's full of bugs, unreliable disconnects most of the time. And as in my case to even made it to connection! My phone is an android galaxy 12 ultra. So it's not even an iPhone....which is what most of the complaints come from. Steer clear!!

The app stopped working for me after losing my phone and reinstalled on new S24 ultra. It hangs at the start up screen. I ended up emailing support and received a response same day! Brief chat with Aileen, she told me they are releasing a new update. A day later, the new version was available, I updated and the app works again for me! Super impressed with customer service! Upgrading app rating to 4 stars.

Can't connect to wifi, useless product if the app does not work, this is totally unacceptable. I managed to get it connected eventually using a wps connection, however the device has dropped out twice in a week and I now cannot see the device at all to connect it. Please sort this out as the units are useless if they are not connected and can be relied upon to stay connected. You posted a note saying bug with no explanation in English. Still dropping out from the network and now I cannot reconne

Does not connect to WIFI. The 4.4 dosing product itself looks good. I liked the mounting bracket and doser unit, but once mounted I spent 2 hours trying to connect it in various ways to my wifi mobile hotspot, direct access, old 2.4gh wifi etc, but it just doesnt work. And I am no slouch with tech. For a new device, why do you even have to jump through all these hoops? I'm looking to try an old device with it. So far a waste of time and money for me. I am steering well clear of this in future.

10 min install&setup Jebao crossflow wifi 150m pump. Works perfect. Great pump and app. Good job! Later edit: with this winter time change the app/controller does not memorize the new time. Even if you modify an specific interval in your old program the time is not syncing. The only solution is to delete the program and then setup again the time program. Please fix this!

Would be great if it simply had a calendar system rather than " every"- however many days. Also this app doesn't tell you really anything, such as the date/ time the last scheduled dose went in, the quanity, And the next scheduled time and date of the next dose. It only displays what the user scheduled: e.g. Channel 1 , every 5 days, 10mm. The user has no idea if the system is operating or when exactly the next dose is scheduled. The app only shows that it's online and what was programmed
