Dear Reliance Retail Team, Whenever you update a new POS version you should update it so that it can be updated only when the error is occurring. And the biometrics of your Jio Point deteriorates very quickly, even by giving thumb pressure, the customer's thumb is never taken Please Change Biometrics machine every Jio Point Like Mantra, morpho Biometrics. Because these machines take thumb impression quickly. Regards JPAM.

The app was not working properly not connecting the biometric divice and not taken the customer photos and customer have paid money on the barcode scanner the app was sadanly stop or logout or session expired , and amount have no refund, even one star also more to this app I have really disappointed to the RPOS MOBIAL APP

Am unable to login properly and Asking every time asking ekyc and payment process very delay and mainly while taking customer photos to further process It's not even recognises properly
