Horrible experience. The thermometer did not work at all. It never provided any reading other than "L." The app requires a sign-in, skipping the "Enable Location" screen was almost impossible, and the same for the next screen. The only thing the App reported from the thermometer was "Uh oh, something went wrong." The "Privacy Policy" said there was a way to opt out of data coll & push notifs in the App but I never found where. So Hi-Tech it's useless.

This app and thermometer combo is incredibly helpful. I love the tracking and being able to set reminders. Update 12/10/22 we are in another round of sickness and I am using the thermometer and app a lot. Very pleased with this product and came to review it with 5 stars, I forgot I had already done that this past summer. Still using this in Oct 2025. What a great tool. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

So far the app seems to work as expected. One big thing I'd suggest is the option to add your own custom notes on the timeline. For example, my son has respiratory issues, so when he is sick it is extremely important for us to closely monitor his oxygen saturation. It would be great if I could make a note about what percentage his oxygen is within the timeline, so I can monitor if it is going up, down, or maintaining throughout the duration of his illness!

Love my thermometers, but this app is.. bad.. now. Crashes every 5 minutes while running in the background. Looks like it's not compatible with the current Android version, as this is happening to every phone in our fleet. Never rely on an app from a company that sells an item once but promises a companion app for free. They have zero motivation to keep sinking resources into a cost center once they have your money.

This has got to be the best thermometer I've ever purchased. It came with this wonderful kinsa app that not only tracks temperature readings, symptoms, personal notes, and more.. it also puts it into a timeline and collects the temperature via blue tooth and suggests when to call the doctor. I'd give it six stars if I could. Forgive the lack of punctuation, etc, as i'm using voice to text.

While I find this app unnecessary for me at the moment, it works great as an illness tracker. And if people in your area use it as well, it can let you know what kind of yucks are going around. What impressed me the most actually came when I was cleaning out my phone: no-fuss account deletion. Seriously, well done to the team for being straightforward with it! I wish that was industry standard!

The thermometer works great, and appears to be accurate (repeatable readings). Syncing data to the app works most of the time (Bluetooth on Android is hard). There is some flakiness when taking readings while offline, and the data export option could use some improvement (weird format, incomplete timestamps, can only get the past two weeks).

Simple and easy to use, works well. It would be useful to have temperature tracking charts as I'm using the thermometer to monitor my basal temperature daily (thyroid and ovulation checks). So an integrated calendar which tracks and predicts menstruation and ovulation, for example, would be fantastic (I use another app to do this but have to enter all the data manually. Would be so much handier to have it all in one place, without having to invest in some seriously expensive fertility tracker).
